{"id":11888,"date":"2023-04-22T20:20:59","date_gmt":"2023-04-22T20:20:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bbis-edu.com\/en\/?page_id=11888"},"modified":"2023-04-22T20:20:59","modified_gmt":"2023-04-22T20:20:59","slug":"promotions-repetitions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bbis-edu.com\/en\/promotions-repetitions\/","title":{"rendered":"Promotions\/Repetitions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To qualify for promotion to the next class, a pupil must satisfy at least one of the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must obtain an average of sixty percent (60%) of work done in all three terms of the year or at least, two terms; one of which must be the third term (that is; third term and any other term).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primary six pupils must pass an externally assessed examination conducted by the school.\u00a0At the end of every first term in December, teachers study the results of each pupil\/student.\u00a0Those who perform poorly provide a signal that they need encouragement to buck up.\u00a0Hence, appropriate measures are adopted. Pupils\/students who fail in the second and third term examinations will be asked to repeat the respective class level.
